(WJW) – Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is celebrating the first day of spring with a free Italian ice giveaway.
The annual tradition is back on Thursday, March 20.
According to a press release from Rita’s customers will get a free 6-ounce Italian Ice in the available flavor of their choice.
Rita’s has also released a new topping to their lineup, the Skittles Pop’d freeze-dried candies, and a new Skittle flavor to go along with it.
According to the release, Rita’s more than 575 locations are expected to give away about 1 million cups of their Italian Ice in total on March 20.
