The son of former NBA star Gilbert Arenas has been placed into an induced coma following a car crash, according to a report.
Alijah Arenas, 18, was involved in the serious accident on Thursday morning, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
TMZ later reported that Alijah had crashed his Tesla Cybertruck, with the car reportedly ‘mangled’ on the side of a residential Los Angeles road.
Alijah is a five-star basketball prospect committed to play at USC next season.
He played in the McDonald’s All-American Game earlier this month on April 1.
Arenas, 43, has yet to address the incident.
The former Wizards star, nicknamed ‘Agent Zero,’ was a three-time All-Star for Washington as he averaged 25 points per game in 357 games for the franchise.
