Keep the umbrella handy as this week brings mid-Missouri into an active weather pattern.

We’re tracking rain chances from Monday through Thursday.

With multiple rounds of showers and storms, it’s looking like portions of Missouri could pick up multiple inches of rainfall.

Most of mid-Missouri is under a slight risk of excessive rainfall amounts through Wednesday, meaning we may see some localized river flooding, although at this time we aren’t expecting any widespread flood events.

We’ll continue to track the latest forecast trends.
