Striker Marko Arnautovic is not fully fit to start in today’s Serie A clash between Bologna and Inter Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInter1908.

Inter Milan will be without Marcus Thuram in this evening’s Serie A match against Bologna.

That gives Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi a decision to make in attack.

The Corriere report that Lautaro Martinez will lead the line. There will be no rest for the Argentine, who gave absolutely everything against Bayern Munich in midweek.

But all of Marko Arnautovic, Joaquin Correa, and Mehdi Taremi are available as potential partners for Martinez.

Initially, it had looked as though Marko Arnautovic would be the favourite to start against his former team Bologna.

However, reports the Corriere, the Austrian is not at his best.

Arnautovic is dealing with a back problem.

That does not mean that Arnautovic is unavailable. He will be on the bench, and potentially ready to play a role as a substitute.

However, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is carefully considering how to manage Arnautovic’s fitness.

Therefore, it will instead be Joaquin Correa who starts tomorrow’s match.
