If you’re hoping to shop at Publix this Easter, you’ll have to go elsewhere.
“Publix stores will be open normal operating hours on Saturday, April 19, the day before Easter Sunday. Our stores will be closed on Easter Sunday in observance of the holiday and to allow our associates the opportunity to spend time with family and friends,” a Publix spokesperson tells TODAY.com.
Stores will resume regular business hours on Monday, April 21.
According to the spokesperson, Publix stores close for three holidays each year: Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
