How to watch Arkansas vs. Texas A&M Doubleheader, channel, stream, game time

The No. 2-ranked Arkansas Razorbacks (33-6, 12-4 SEC) were defeated by the Texas A&M Aggies (22-15, 7-9, SEC) in their series opener 7-4 from Baum-Walker Stadium in Fayetteville. The series will conclude with a doubleheader on Friday after the series finale on Saturday was rescheduled to Friday in anticipation of inclement weather on Saturday. Game two will start at 2 p.m. (CDT), and game three will follow shortly after the conclusion of game two.

Arkansas entered the series on coming off the heels of a 13-3 win over the UAPB Golden Lions on Tuesday. Before the midweek matchup with the Golden Lions, Arkansas suffered its first series loss of the season after falling to the No. 5-ranked Georgia Bulldogs 2-1 games. The Hogs defeated the Bulldogs very easily in game one 13-3, but things did not go their way for the rest of the series. Arkansas dropped game two by one point 7-6, and they had the exact same result in game three but in 12 innings.

Texas A&M entered the series on a seven-game win streak, including a 2-1 series win over the No. 4-ranked Tennessee Volunteers after defeating the Vols both times in a doubleheader on Saturday, April 5th. Before the matchup against the Hogs, the Aggies faced off against Tarleton on Tuesday and things went pretty well for A&M as they crushed Tarleton 11-3. In their last series, the Aggies took on South Carolina and things could have not gone better for them as they swept the Gamecocks with ease.

First pitch is set for 2 p.m. (CDT), and both games will be televised by SEC Network+.

COACHING RESUME

Texas A&M head coach Michael Earley enters the first year of his tenure with the Aggies. During his time so far in College Station, he’s led Texas A&M to a 22-15 record. This is Earley’s first head coaching position, but he spent 2022-2024 as an assistant coach of the Aggies before being promoted to head coach last summer.
