Trump said Wednesday he will apply a minimum 10% tariff on all exporters to the US. The president, displaying a chart, indicated that dozens of countries with the largest trade imbalances will face even higher rates. China will face a 34% levy, while the European Union will have a 20% rate and Vietnam is seeing a 46% tariff.
