Final Injury Report for Sacramento Kings-Washington Wizards

The Sacramento Kings are on the road on Wednesday night as they look to end their losing streak against the struggling Washington Wizards.

Sacramento enters Wednesday’s contest amid a two-game losing streak and they have also dropped seven of their last 10 games.

Because of their recent struggles, the Kings have fallen to 10th in the Western Conference standings and they lead the Phoenix Suns by just one and a half games for the final Play-In spot.

They will now look to end their losing skid against a Wizards team that has lost three consecutive games and eight of their last 10 contests.

For the Kings, they enter Wednesday’s matchup almost fully healthy as they have listed only two players on their injury report.

Sacramento has ruled out Devin Carter due to a shoulder injury that kept him out of Monday’s loss to the Indiana Pacers.

With Carter out, Markelle Fultz will likely see an increased role and Keon Ellis as Keon Ellis and Malik Monk continue to see most of the backcourt playing time.

The Kings have also ruled out Jake LaRavia for Wednesday’s game as he continues to recover from a bone contusion in his left thumb.

With LaRavia out, Trey Lyles and Doug McDermott could step into larger roles for the Kings on Wednesday against the Wizards.

On the other side, the Wizards will be extremely shorthanded in Wednesday’s game as they continue to tank for better draft lottery odds.

Washington has ruled out Marcus Smart, Kris Middleton, Saddiq Bey, Kyshawn George and Malcolm Brogdon for Wednesday’s contest.

Of course, Corey Kispert and Bilal Coulibaly will also miss Wednesday’s game as they are set to miss the remainder of the season due to injuries.

Fans can catch Wednesday’s matchup between the Kings and Wizards at 7:00 p.m. EST.
