Caitlin Clark hasn’t missed a beat as a long-range shooter at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The Indiana Fever star made four of her first six attempts from 3-point range Sunday in an exhibition game vs. the Brazil National Team.
The fourth 3-pointer ignited the Iowa City crowd as Clark unleashed the shot from beyond the logo − 36 feet away from the hoop. The former Hawkeyes star celebrated near the ESPN broadcast table and acknowledged fans after the shot.
The basket was reminiscent of the shot Clark took to break the NCAA career scoring record in 2024. The location of that shot is marked with a “22 Clark” logo on the floor. Sunday’s shot came from beyond that spot.
Clark is battling a left leg injury that kept her out of Saturday’s preseason game against Washington. She was cleared to play in Sunday’s game and had 16 points in about 19 minutes through three quarters.

Clark spent part of Sunday’s game on a stationary bike near the Fever’s bench. Indiana is being cautious with Clark’s minutes due to the injury.
