Wrexham head to Blackpool on Monday afternoon as Phil Parkinson looks to get his automatic promotion hunt back on track.
Wrexham have little time to feel hurt and disappointed from Friday’s promotion blow.
Wrexham drew 1-1 with Bristol Rovers on Friday afternoon, dropping two crucial points in the race for promotion from League One.
To make matters worse, Wycombe Wanderers beat Bolton Wanderers 2-0 to leapfrog Wrexham and take second place.
Wrexham now have just three games to usurp the Chairboys and reclaim second place once again.

The trip to Bloomfield Road is far from easy for Wrexham.
Blackpool boast a brilliant home record and have only lost one home game since October 19.
Former Wrexham target Niall Ennis is impressing for Blackpool, with the striker posing a real threat to Parkinson’s side.
This will be tough for Wrexham, and Blackpool boss Steve Bruce is expecting a ‘fantastic game’.
Speaking to BBC Radio Lancashire, Bruce noted that Wrexham are now in a ‘wonderful position’, fighting for automatic promotion.
Bruce added that Wrexham have real ‘resilience’ through the team, meaning Blackpool ‘know what’s coming’ on Monday.
“That’s the beauty of playing at Easter in the EFL, isn’t it? They come around quick,” said Bruce.
“We’re playing against a team who have got themselves in a wonderful position, all to play for for them and we’ve still got something left, so it’s nice to play against the top teams.
“I’m sure it will be a great atmosphere in the stadium, let’s hope we can play like we did second half down at Stevenage, and see how we get on.
“They’re a good side with a bit of resilience about them, so we know what’s coming – it should be a fantastic game,” he added.
Bruce touched on the ‘great atmosphere’ he expects, but added that he thinks Bloomfield Road will be ‘absolutely bouncing’ some Monday afternoon.
“I would think it will be absolutely bouncing. Let’s hope they have a really good weekend, Blackpool fans – get ready for Monday,” said Bruce.
Blackpool beat Stevenage 3-0 over the weekend, keeping their lingering League One play-off hopes alive in the process.
The Tangerines sit six points adrift of the top six with just three games to play, so they really need to win every game and hope for more than a few favours.
Monday is still a must-win game for Blackpool’s faint hopes and Wrexham cannot take this game lightly – especially coming off such a poor result on Friday.
