The Completely Made-Up Adventures Of Dick Turpin was canceled mid-shoot for season 2 after star Noel Fielding suddenly exited the series.

The Apple TV+ comedy series was confirmed for a fourth season earlier this month, and Jason Sudeikis confirmed he will be reprising his titular role.
Also set to come back are Brett Goldstein (who played Roy Kent) as a writer and executive producer along with fellow EPs Brendon Hunt (who played Coach Beard), Joe Kelly, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee, Bill Wrubel, and Leanne Bowen.

Severance – Not Renewed Yet!
While the show has not been formally renewed yet, Ben Stiller, the show’s executive producer and primary director, did provide a major update.
Ben did share that, despite the series not getting a renewal yet, “there is a writers room underway in L.A.,” according to THR. He also said he “he hopes not to keep audiences waiting three years.” There was a large gap in release from season 1 to season 2. The writers’ and actors’ strikes that took place in 2023 greatly delayed many TV shows.
Matt Cherniss, head of programming at Apple TV+, added that the fan favorite series is “an incredible success story in every way imaginable.”
