The Amazon Project Kuiper inaugural launch has been canceled due to inclement weather. Originally expected to lift off within a two hour launch window (7 p.m.- 9 p.m.) on Wednesday, the countdown was delayed until 8:59 p.m. due to cloud coverage and gusty winds.A new launch date and time for this mission has not yet been set. The mission aims to deliver fast and reliable internet access globally. Amazon said they 27 satellites will be deployed at an altitude of 280 miles.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. —The Amazon Project Kuiper inaugural launch has been canceled due to inclement weather.
