Before the 2025 Masters begins, many players will take part in the Masters Par 3 Contest on Wednesday at Augusta National. Here’s everything you need to know about watching the action, including a Masters Par 3 Contest TV schedule and streaming info.
Wednesday of Masters week brings with it one of the most cherished — and most popular — traditions at Augusta National. For those fans unfamiliar, the Par 3 Contest sees Masters competitiors and past champions play a one-round competition at Augusta National’s Par 3 Course.
But the battle isn’t intense. Instead a friendly, family atmosphere reigns during the event. That atmosphere is thanks in no small part to the fact that players have their friends and family caddie for them. This always includes several Tour pros’ young children, who get decked out in white Masters caddie jumpsuits and stumble around the course.
The competition is further impacted by the infamous curse associated with the event. No Masters Par 3 Contest winner has gone on to win the Masters in the same year.
You can watch the Masters Par 3 Contest on TV via ESPN, which will air coverage beginning at 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday. ESPN+, Masters.com and the Masters app will provide early streaming coverage online.
